New Location - 100 First Ave, Atlantic Highlands Municpal Court Office Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Court Sessions are held on the second and fourth Tuedsays of every month at 3:00 p.m.

The Municipal Courts core values are Independence, Integrity, Fairness and Quality of Service. Municipal Courts are statutory courts of limited jurisdiction. Proceedings include all matters within their statutory jurisdiction including:

  • Disorderly Persons Offenses
  • Petty Disorderly Persons Offenses
  • Motor Vehicle Violations
  • County and Municipal Ordinance Offenses
  • Fish & Game Violations
  • Boating Law Violations and all other proceedings in which jurisdiction is granted.
