Zoning Board Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise stated on the Annual Schedule Resolution. The Meetings are held at the Highlands Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 171 Bay Avenue, Highlands, NJ.
